MyChildAtSchool (MCAS) is a portal enabling parents to view their child's academic performance in real-time via a web browser. This facility allows exclusive access to the child's Attendance, Assessment and Behaviour whenever the parent/carer wishes. MCAS will be used to deliver reports, show timetables, show rewards and consequences and to publish attendance and assessment data.
Parents who live at the same address as their child will have permission to amend student and contact information in the Data Collection section; you are also able to update medical information and parental consent.
Parent’s can self sign up for MyChildAtSchool using the same email address that is registered on our system (i.e. the email address you provided on the Student Information Request Form).
Parents can access the Parent Login screen in two ways:
Once in the Parent Login screen parents should follow these steps:
Parents will see the message ‘To complete your registration, we have sent an email to the email address you provided. Please access your email and follow the steps to create your password’.
Parents will receive an email from MyChildAtSchool with a link to a one time passcode.
â Click on the link for the one time passcode.
â Enter the one time passcode.
â Click Verify.
As soon as the one time passcode has been verified, parents will be prompted to enter a password.
â Enter Password.
â Confirm Password.
â Click Create Password.
Once the password has been created, parents can login from within the web browser and type
www.mychildatschool.com or access the MyChildAtSchool mobile phone app, this will open the Parent Login screen.
